It went very well. He was on time and brought all his own supplies. He cleaned all the gutters using his own ladder. It took about 2 hours, and he cleaned up all the debris with no mess.

The tracks to the Windows weren't cleaned thoroughly. The worker was pleasant and on time. The special just didn't cover as much as I wanted because each window counted as "2" Windows.

the only complaint I have is that they didn't do the gutters on the detached garage in back of the house. I guess I should have asked for that to be included specifically, but I didn't know that and didn't notice they hadn't been cleaned until several days later.

I was not home when service was provided. While my gutters where cleaned the tech did not rinse the gutters which I would have expected. I'm hoping my downspouts are clear. There was small pieces left on the sides that I could see from my upstairs window and on the outside of the gutters. Also the tech left a bill for$7.00 for tax which I think is a mistake. I have never paid tax on one of these deals before after I bought it. The price included tax. Not sure if I would use again

"Mrs. [member name removed], As part of our service we check every downspout to make sure it is free and clear of debris. The first step is to use a powerful leaf blower and a drain snake to dislodge debris from the downspouts. The leaf blower provides for visual confirmation that the downspout is clear. We will run water down as a last resort. You can be assured that our technicians are very thorough and professional in the level of service provided. As far as the sales tax on the deal that was purchased. Every business in Nebraska is legally required to collect sales tax on daily deals. At the time of purchase for $90.00($100.00 value) there were no goods or services provided at that time. Which is why Angie's List did not collect tax on the sale. We are the ones providing service, so therefore we are legally required to collect sales tax for the full voucher value. Please be assured this amount is being remitted to the state and not retained by us. If other businesses choose to ignore the law, that is their choice. They were very professional and friendly. The carpets came out looking fantastic. There were a few spots that were being quite stubborn. He tried every trick he had to get them out. Some came out, some didn't, but the effort was appreciated! We had used this company at our previous home and were thrilled with them there as well. Happy they would travel to Lincoln to help us out again.

Went great. Punctual, clean, no window breakage, reasonably priced, imho. Cleaned even the hard to get to windows. Some of the storms are fragile as I explained to them and probably could use some repair. They cleaned those w/o any problems.
