Jake and his team did a great job getting the broken branches out of our river birch. Some of those dead branches were pretty high up but Jake got them down. The tree looks better than it has in years. While here they also trimmed our pine and fruit trees, giving them new life. Jake was very knowledgeable and his expertise showed. It was nice to know that the arborist was the guy in charge, the one actually doing the work. The team was respectful of our wishes and listened to what we wanted. They were quick and efficient. After they were done cleaning up the yard looked better than it had before they arrived. We would definitely recommend Story Tree Service to our friends and family.

The service was very good. They cleaned up the yard as promised and after they left, you couldn't even know they had been there, the yard was that clean. They impressed me by showing up on the date and time they promised. The workers even explained what they did and why. Very professional. If I have any additional work required, they will be the first company I call.
