"Groundworksâ listened to our input and throughly evaluated the requirements to support the basement walls and prevent water from coming in. They were on time and communicated clearly and timely. The Foreman did an evaluation and recommended a couple changes to the plan that I agreed with and weâ re beneficial. The 3 workers knew what they were doing and worked hard. I appreciate the manner they communicated and they were very friendly. Overall, they did a great job!"

"I scheduled an appointment with Thrasher to evaluate the reasons for water seeping into my basement through my walk-out door and window. Rob came and did a thorough evaluation which ended with him saying my home is sound and not in need of their services but I need a new quality door and window. Wow, was I surprised! What a professional! I highly recommend this company because he was honest, helped me with my issue and didn't force unneeded work to be done that really wasn't needed by Thrasher. Thank you SO much!"

"Thrasher employees had to come three times after water kept leaking in below an egress window. It is clear that not all employees have the same level of expertise; the very experienced lead employee on the third team knew immediately why the work from the second visit had failed and explained it to us in a way we could understand. While I am very disappointed that three visits were necessary and I have not dared reconstruct my basement, Thrasher was always pleasant and attentive when we notified them of problems, and the basement is completely dry now."
