"I called to set up an appointment and he came the next day. Did an excellent job. Very nice friendly and professional. The cost was very reasonable. He also inspected our roof for us and took pictures so we could see any damage. We would definitely use him again."

"All went very well.   Started on a Thursday, worked through the weekend and had 5000 square ft of roof complete by Saturday.  Rained on Sunday and his Carpenter didn't work Sundays.  His carpenter finished the facia on Monday and did crew did all gutters and down spouts on Tuesday.   Have a few connections to make to underground drains, but waiting on me to get the drains installed...."

Gutter Repair and Replacement questions, answered by experts

One of the biggest causes of gutter leaks is clogged gutters. If your gutters are full of debris and leaves, water will back up and eventually overflow outside of the gutter. Other common causes of gutter leaks include loosened gutter fasteners, faulty gutter slopes (sagging gutters), separated joints, and cracks or holes.

Unless you've chosen to install underground downspouts, your gutter downspouts shouldn't touch the ground. If they come into contact with the soil or pavement next to your home, rainwater can back up into them during a storm, preventing them from doing their job effectively. Instead, aim to have your downspouts end about 12 inches from the ground.

Snow and ice can both accumulate on the top of a metal roof and slide off as the weight of the snow increases or as the snow and ice melt. This can rip the gutters off your roof and damage the gutters or the roof if you don’t take preventative measures. Snow guards are one of the easiest methods for helping to prevent snow accumulation on your metal roof from damaging your gutters.

Water overflow, foundation damage, and mold growth are risks.

Gutters should not drip at the seams. This problem could indicate that water is collecting in the gutters instead of moving to the downspouts. You could have leaves or other debris blocking the flow of water at the seams. Try cleaning the gutters, adjusting the slope, and sealing any holes or cracks in the material to fix this problem.
