If, in this process, we find that the contractor cannot comply with the client's list of requirements, we then simply go to the next contractor who does. It may sound a bit like an application process including resumes and background checks; and that's exactly what it is. As long as a contractor is on your property doing work you want done, and you are paying them for their expertise; the client should be respected as an employer. Our purpose is to enforce the client’s position as "The Boss" by putting the client in control and making sure their wishes are met. We believe that a project can be done right the first time!
