"It was the middle of February when we had the itch to do a project. It was a big project, requiring skilled hands. Like we were taught, we received 3 bids for the project and accepted the bid from the guy who said he would do the most work for the least amount of money. All three bids were relatively close in nature and all three men were kind, but at the end of the day we did not choose Level Up Construction. We would later regret that decision. Also, they completed the work for a very reasonable and humble price considering that they could have really jacked the price, as they knew of our desperation at this point. Professional, quick, on time, responsive to texts, and they left the property way better than they found it. Overall, Level Up Construction took a bad situation and helped to make it manageable. We still have the sting from not going with them originally. We will not make that mistake again. We have multiple projects in the future, and we will be using Level Up Construction for all of them. "This was a devastating experience. Brent Hendrickson and his associate Benni Howell claimed they would replace our pool liner. They removed the old liner, caused severe damage to the pool's plumbing system, and never delivered the new liner—even though we paid upfront. For weeks, they fed us excuse after excuse, including fabricated delays and false updates about liner shipments that were never placed. After confronting them, they became evasive and defensive. They took our money, left the job incomplete, and left us with thousands in damages and no liner at all. What’s worse: Brent used a false name when we first engaged him, and we later found numerous reviews from other customers reporting similar behavior. This wasn’t poor service—it was calculated deception. I would never trust them again."
