Had two Trex Decks built. Excellent work performed . We are very pleased as how this project went.

It was excellent. I would definitely use them again. I would give them all A's.

Stuart, the installer, is the best you will ever have. He is thorough, conscientious, customer-focused and all quality. He makes the experience even better than it already is with Lowe's and their selection and service.

The staff is great. They are really friendly. It's easy and out.

The experience was very good. The crew was professional. They were on time and did a good job in a fast amount of time. The material was good and the service was real good. The price was average.

The sales people at Lowes were great to work with. Their contracted installer, New Beginnings Flooring, helped make the experience even better.
I had already purchased Brazilian Teak hardwood flooring from another company and ended up having New Beginnings install my hardwood floors in addition to installing the carpet I purchased from Lowes. They did a perfect installation job on both the carpet and the hardwood. I highly recommend both Lowes and New Beginnings Flooring.

It was a little long because they had to order custom doors but not anything over what I was told to expect. It all went great.

The people who installed did a good job, but I wouldn't use Lowe's again for following reasons:1) their invoice system dropped my invoice a couple times and then they came out with the wrong carpet, but it was close enough that they did drop the price and I let them go ahead and install.

We were very pleased with Elena's understanding, professionalism, personablness and helpfulness. She gave us a realistic understanding of what we were getting, and we were very happy with the results.

They showed up promptly. I received at least six phone calls from the salesperson "following up" on the estimate. I told her what other companies had quoted, all she could say was "sorry". Just disappointing. I've always liked shopping at Lowes. I will not seek other bids from them in the future, based on this experience.

I go to Lowes at least every other week as my wife can attest to. Hey, when you have a house, things break. Lowe has virtually everything you need to fix things that break. Several times I have gone to Lowe's with no idea how I was going to fix something and their knowledgable staff as given me inexpensive ideas on how to fix something. As an example, the base of one of the seats to my van was bent and would have required extensive auto shop repairs. Instead, a helpful Lowes associate recommended a large pipe wrench and pipe and I got it fixed in no time.

The contract was through Lowes their subcontractor was to do the install. The removal went fine, the install was proceeding the tile was in place but not grouted. I came home from work and looked at the job, I saw that the tiles were installed eratically eg: specifically the spacing between the tiles varied from about 1/16th of an inch to about 3/8 of an inch. My wife said that a sales person from Lowes stopped by to check the progress of the job; my wife said "It looks good, Huh"; the sales rep did not say much and had a stunned look on her face. When I arrived at home, I called Lowes, talked to a manager in the department saying that I would come home to meet and discuss my observations and concerns. The next day I arrived for the meeting and said "would you accept this installation in your house ?", no one responded. There were places I could touch the the underlayment by putting my finger in the space between tiles, other places you had trouble getting a knife blade into the crack. I said "if I am wrong about this tell me where I am wrong ?", no one answered. The meeting concluded with an agreenemt that they would remove tiles (we had them marked with Post-It notes) and re-install with better alignment. This problem was caused by the sub-contractor, and not Lowes itself, but we had to get Lowes involved.

The carpet was installed as we would have expected it to be. My son was displeased because they ripped the railings off the walls in my bi-level home. My son had to do some repair work. They didn't even bother to take a screw gun and unscrew them, they simply ripped them right out. There was only one failing but it was a pretty significant issue.

They were very easy to work with and very polite. They have explained everything well, and keep me updated on what is going on. Its a big project, and they seem to know what they are doing so far. They were very reassuring, and let me know that they would do their best.

The ordering portion of the purchase went fine. Reuben and Tom were very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I don't remember either one of them telling me that I needed to purchase a water line to hook up the fridge to the water supply line. The delivery guys were friendly and arrived within their service window. They installed the fridge. Since I didn't have a water line, they provided one. After everything was hooked up, the water was not being dispensed through the fridge. The guys did some troubleshooting, but could not figure out what was wrong. They left me the number to the warranty service department. I called them and arranged a repair service call for 5 days later. The repairman figured out that the in and out lines into the filter were reversed. He plugged them into the correct sides and everything worked.

It was a very smooth process. The installer showed up about 15 minutes early. All work was done within 2.5 hours. The garage was left cleaner than before he arrived.

I purchased the door openers from Lowes and their employees were helpful. By buying the openers there, I received free installation. They work great and I haven't had any problems at all. I would even recommend them to others.

They were not pushy at all. They gave me time to figure out what I wanted and didn't try to talk me into something I didn t want. We agreed to do the work with them and they showed up when they said they would. They didn't waste anytime moving things around and got right to work. There was nothing was scratched or broken at all. We were very satisfied with the clean up and ending results.

They really did a great job with the installation. They took their time in making sure that they were hanging perfectly straight and they were all functioning properly. It took them two hours and they did a wonderful job. My blinds looked great.

Lowes was very polite, respectful, and sincere. They were right on time for the appointment that was set. They changed the water heater in a timely manner. They also cleaned up after themselves before they left.

I was pleased with the cost of the windows. I also am happy with the sub contractors they use for installations. They were on time and they did a really good job and thorough clean up. I have a warranty on them. I would use them again if I needed to. I also have used Lowe's for other things over the years and was always happy.

They did an efficient installation job on our carpet and they got the job done fairly quick. They didn t seem to waste any time at all. It was a good quality carpet and they had a decent selection to choose from. Instead of a base board, they put carpet edging around the room.
