"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"

And that was after multiple failed attempts of them telling me they were coming on a day and never showing up, I had to call and ask why there was no communication, only answer I got was that they got stuck at another job. But why did I have to call to get that communication? Then after the work was done I came home from a work trip to hundreds and hundreds of nails coming through my ceiling, after the project manager was told at least 3 different times from myself and at least 3 different times from my wife that we don not have an attic. So it was then agreed that 5 star roofing would fix my ceiling for no charge and then I would pay them after that was done. Well....here we are December 2, 2025 and I still have all those nails coming through my ceiling with no communication on when they are coming to fix it. They were supposed to come today, but it is"

"You should probably add 4-6 weeks to the expected delivery date if you expect to need the "enclosed" hardware. I received the blinds in the estimated time, but it came without the required hardware. I have made 4 calls (at least) over several weeks, but the hardware is nowhere in site. It is clear that SelectBlinds.com is a marketing company only has outsourced all production and fulfillment to third parties and evidently has a difficult time coordinating these type of customer service issue. Extremely frustrating that my blinds have been sitting in the floor for over a month and all I need is a few screws. Happy to go to Home Depot to get the screws, but SelectBlinds can't even tell me what sizes I need."
