We can do new construction, but specialize in remodeling or repairing existing properties. This includes but is not limited to roofing, foundations, drywall, flooring, siding, decks, patios, doors and windows. Chris and Katie (the owners) have flipped house's on the side since 2005. Chris worked for other contractors for 7. In 20017 Chris and Katie decided to start Revertical inc. and are licenced and insured for projects valued up to $300,000. Revertical inc. and it's employees strive to complete the project in a timely manner and ensure customer satisfaction.

"They did an amazing job. Very professional workers and wonderful looking bathroom now, replacing a 40 year old bathroom."

Fence Painting questions, answered by experts

While most stains will be dry to the touch within 12 hours, it can take up to 48 hours to fully cure. That means that while your stain might not be sticky within 12 hours, it’s still not recommended to get it wet or touch it until it’s had a chance to set for at least 24 to 48 hours.

Regular cleaning, rust-proof coatings, and checking fasteners help prolong the lifespan.

Pressure-treated wood can not only be painted and stained, but it should be; doing so will help to prevent surface or deck board cracking. Allow the wood to dry out before painting it, as pressure-treated wood from the hardware store takes longer to dry than kiln-dried lumber. If water beads on the surface, it needs additional time to dry—in fact, it can take weeks or even months to fully dry. As soon as the wood absorbs water on the surface, it is ready to be painted or stained.

Whitewashing isn’t permanent, but it can last for a long, long time. When you apply it correctly or have a seasoned pro whitewash your brick, whitewashing can last for 20 to 30 years or longer. Whitewash is very durable and typically requires little maintenance, making it a great project for most DIYers.

A dry lawn is easier to edge than a wet one. When your ground is wet, your blades will likely clump together, making a seemingly even cut while wet, but an uneven disaster when dried. Also, a wet lawn can impact your blade's performance and cause mud to kick up, resulting in a messy finish.
