"I wish I could give Innovative Basement Authority a negative rating. Run away from this company as fast as you can. Beware- they are changing their name to Ground Works. Probably because of all the negative reviews. We paid a substantial amount of money to install one of their basement systems after having water problems. The initial sales guy was a very high-pressure seller, trying to get us to sign a contract the same day he came out. Fast forward a year. They told us they needed to come out for an inspection. The sales guy ?found? $40,000 work of additional work that was ?urgent?. He used scare-tactics and tried to convince us we needed to sign on the dotted line immediately. Because of course mold is going to make my family sick. It seemed sketchy to me, but I was able to get the guy to leave without us signing that day. I immediately called our trusted home inspector, and he said the sales guy was trying to sell us things we did not need. He also said he had talked to others"

"THE BEST!!!! They were prompt, courteous, they interacted like a team throughout the project and they were wonderful to work with. They completed our driveway addition/replaced our porch stairs in one day. By 8:30 the following morning they were finished. When I say finished I mean- everything they moved to be able to do the job was put back perfectly, they swept, they back filled the dirt and seeded. My mom would even be impressed!!! Usually at the end of August we will offer $1,500 off on a complete installation on either siding or windows - windows minimum order is 10 installed by Dom's, siding minimum order is 20 square, to be installed by Dom's. Mudjacking normally takes between one to three days to dry completely. The larger the project area, the more time it will take to dry. You should not walk on the concrete or place furniture or vehicles on the lifted concrete until it’s completely cured, which a pro can help determine. If you’re polyjacking instead, the polyurethane foam can take just a few minutes to dry, but wait an hour to be sure.

Concrete leveling is not typically covered by insurance.
