Bill has an ability to tackle many jobs, large or small. He makes a point to get to as many jobs in a day as he can and he puts in long days. He has worked on various projects in our home for more than 10 years and we continue to seek his help when we need it. He is easy to communicate with and always willing to lend a hand to help.

Stacked Plumbing has lead our building renovations to a commercial building that will serve home to my current business (Crossfit Tundra) and new business venture (Grand Forks Sports Academy). Bill has replaced our sump pump, installed underground drainage, overhauled our laundry room plumbing, and more. He is a great communicator: explains what he is going to do and then shows/explains upon completion. His work is top notch.

Got the job done on schedule and at budget

Stacked Plumbing assisted with the entire bathroom remodel. They replaced all of the old plumbing and old plumbing fixtures in the tub/ shower, and sink. The old porcelain tub was sealed and looks new. The tub surround was replaced with tile and looks fabulous. They worked long hours and completed the project on time. They were professional in every aspect.

The installation of our replacement water heater went off without a hitch. They were thorough, professional, and efficient. They were very clear explaining the differences in our new tankless heater vs a traditional one, very clear with the expectations of how it would operate. But I'd say it was the little things that took them above and beyond. We were never left wondering what was gojng on at any stage of the installation. There were no surprise charges. They were super respectful of our home and living spaces and cleaned up after themselves. I will absolutely hire them again.
