Prism PaintingI have truly enjoyed working with Chris, the owner of Prism Painting. I had first hired him to paint my office building and he worked his schedule around my staff. He was so accommodating and professional. My wife is a perfectionist,and extremely detailed person. She came to my office to examine the detail work Chris did in painting my entire office. She and I were both very impressed. We then asked him to provide a bid to paint our home. He was fair and reasonable, easy to work with and did a marvelous job. She has completely redone my daughter's room when my daughter wanted a different color than I had ordered. I have a 14 year old very particular daughter and Meredith has treated her with respect and concern even when she was being a bit silly. She sits down with the child and parent and eagerly elicits the child's interests and desires in designing a room, all of the children have been thrilled with their new rooms. On 4/19/2021 @ 3:27 they reached out to give a quote. We text phone call and FaceTime back-and-forth showing pictures and measurements. On May 10, 2021 @ 11:58 I received a text setting up a date and time (May 16, 2021 @ 2:30) for them to come to my home to review everything. There was a no show, not even a text or call. Very unprofessional !

They told me it was a covered repair and to get the work done and submit invoice and they would reimburse us. We got it done and submitted the invoice. After 3 months of constant follow up they covered part of the parts charge and none of the labor. Then, following up again, they responded with, WE ARE CLOSING THE BUSINESS.
