Oh my gosh!!! LOVED LOVED LOVED this guy. He explained what his job would be on the phone. He fielded our questions and did not treat us like we were idiots for asking. He was helpful, understanding of our limited knowledge base, helpful and explained everything as he went along. Rick was respectful to me as an older woman, and my son as a new home buyer. He worked around my schedule (God Bless him for that) and that of my son, to meet us at the house and walk through the home together. Rick was a delightful, professional, and nice man.
