Our service is top notch and fully efficient. Our trucks are perfectly equipped for moving with Pads, dollies, Plastic and much more. We provide Long Distance Moves across the entire country, directly from our West Coast HUBS located in AZ, CA, OR and WA. Or, we team with our partner companies to complete moves together. We are proud to provide a service that no other company offers; Dedicated Trucks. This means that your belongings are loaded on the truck and not combined with anyone else’s items (from/to west coast only). They are not transferred to other trucks or facilities in route which causes damage and loss of items (typical with van lines). We have a set loading day and unloading day. This is by far the safest way to ship. Our interstate rates are per 24ft moving van that holds up to 8,500lbs or 1400CuFt. Some customers require one truck and some require more. One truck holds the average 1800SqFt.

"The 2 people who actually showed up were professional, although they arrived very late, which I attribute to three poor management. I was quoted 3 guys for 8 hours, and only 2 showed up. They attempted to overcharge me the original quote. Long story short, Tower contracted a local company and did a poor job of handing over the job."

"Allen is simply awesome and so is his son and everyone at Pinnacle. Use them without any worries about the move being professional and easy. It was a short notice as my house was a quick sale (30 days). So they had maybe a week to put me on the schedule and then just a couple of days to prep/pack everything in the house, move it to Stokes Storage, another great guy in Jay, and finish with a clean out. All worked together to get the job done in record time for my deadline."

Glass broken, glass missing, refusing to plug in my wall unit, door deeply gouged door in guest bedroom, one of my mats was taken and not returned and my laminate flooring scratched. As I was taking pictures of the floor the worker said he was going to go home since I was taking pictures, said it offended him. To make matters worse his movers called me, was a smart mouth and hung up on me. Mr. Anderson called later, accused me of saying they were stealing from me, was taking care of his sick son and had to "drag" him into the office to call me, talked over me, was very rude and unprofessional. Then just like his mover hung up on me. I had much the same experience with him today, called to find out where something had been put and once again he went off on me, talked over me then hung up on me. I was extremely polite with him, but that didn't seem to matter. Said it was costing him over $200 to cut 2 pieces of glass, really? The only way I see that I will get my house fixed, property repaired and things brought back to me that were taken is through legal action. Court house here I come next week!"
