"In the annual inspection of the flooring jacks installed a few years ago, the inspector discovered one of the foundation piers was starting to lean. The solution was to install 3 additional jacks. The crew, headed by Neri Beltran, and accompanied by Hector Gonzalez, Denilsson Gonzalez, and Johnathan Rouse, arrived about a week later to install the jacks. They arrived on time and got tog work immediately. The job took a few hours to complete and when finished, the crew cleaned the area and crawl space thoroughly. They did a great job!"

I contacted "Shamrock Chimney" and scheduled an appointment with their lead technician "Tony". He suggested a less costly and safer alternative (steel liner and a resealing of the outer brickwork. The work was performed over a two-day period. I am fully satisfied with the results. One thing I really apricate is the communication during the project. The "front office" would let me know by either phone or email when the project would start, and then Tony and would give me updates. All and all the whole process went smoothly. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
