"Luis and his team did a great job and helping us paint and fix up our deck. We did have to ask Luis to intervene with some of his workers on an important aspect of the job to make sure it was completed, which he did, and he made sure himself that the project was completed per agreement. "I want to recognize three young men who recently completed our basement work through Groundworks: Matt, Taylore, & Gavin. The work was thorough, clearly explained, & the finished product looks excellent. But the biggest positive was the crew. They worked incredibly hard every day on a physically demanding, messy job, yet remained professional, disciplined, & respectful. They took great care of our home, kept debris contained, & cleaned up afterward. Matt took time to explain the full system to us & went above & beyond to help replace insulation that had fallen, even though it wasn't part of the job. Taylore & Gavin were equally helpful, helping us salvage & store shelving materials and remove a few stubborn pieces we couldn't manage ourselves. I'm genuinely impressed by their work ethic, attitude, & pride in doing the job right. I would absolutely recommend Groundworks, but especially these three young men. They represented the company exceptionally well!"
