Jimenez of LMJ General Construction LLC contacted me and visited my home to review the gazebo. He obtained the gazebo name and model number and downloaded the assembling instructions provided online (pdf). Once he reviewed the 111 steps guide, he contacted me and provided me a fair quote for the job. In addition, he was able to install the gazebo within five days of contacting me. In conversation with Luis, I also asked what other work his company perform, and he mentioned concrete, carpentry, renovation, etc. I had recently had a concrete patio installed and Luis was able to seal the concrete for me in addition to installing the gazebo. I would highly recommend LMJ Construction LLC for your project. The team arrived timely (8:00 a.m.) on Saturday morning, March 26 (a crew of three) and did an outstanding job assembling the gazebo. "Excellent work. We purchased natural cherry cabinets in shaker style, with the panels made of solid wood rather than veneer. That is more difficult work, as each panel has to be constructed from several planks. Moreover, the clear finish would leave any flaws more visible. Simply put, the doors are beautiful--flawless in both construction and finish. They are similar in quality to custom cherry furniture we own."

"Most everything was done very well.  A mistake was made laying the tile on the shower floor that was fixed.  The granite countertop was cut wrong for the faucet that I chose so they installed a different one.  Chester covered the cost of the mistake.  The job was not finished by the date agreed upon due to having to choose an alternate door for the shower.  The men who did the work were very nice and usually on time.  I was disappointed that they only worked until about 1:00 every day instead of the entire day.  Chester helped me pick out the materials at the beginning of the project.  He was very responsive to my complaints and concerns.    The price came out at the top end of his estimate rather than the low end but it seemed comparable with other contractors I had researched.  I am overall very happy with my new master bath!
