Reworking the side ditch’s plus installed a drain pipe on the first day by himself. Working from about 9am to 7pm without stopping for lunch. "The appointment was set up right away and the tech came out and spent all the time needed to resolve our issues.  He showed us what was going on each step of the way and told us how much it would cost before continuing so we could make a decision on whether we wanted to proceed.  It was a very long, tedious, smelly process to dig out all the crud in our pipe.  He cleaned it all up and left our house as well as the crawlspace pretty much as tidy as it was when he arrived.  Best of all, everything in the house was working again.
