"My well pump was having trouble keeping up with my water demand. I didn't know if the well had gone dry or the pump had failed. I placed the service call Friday evening of Labor Day weekend and told the customer service person that I could wait for the repair until after the holiday. Tuesday morning I received a call from the Water Specialist and was told a technician would be out by mid-day.
He arrived before noon and quickly determined that the pump had failed and the water level in the well was just fine.
Since I use my well water for my water-source heat pumps, it requires a larger than normal size pump. They didn't have one in stock, but Ray Sparrow, the owner, procured one by early afternoon allowing the technician to keep working on removing the old pump, installing the new pump wire, and removing the old plumbing. Everything was back together and up and running by that evening.
All the work was very neat and the technician wet-vacuumed up any water spilled in the process. I have been doing business with The Water Specialist for almost 30 years. The charges are not cheap, but you won't get better knowledgeable service. Their work and materials is alway top-notch and they are prompt and courteous.

and it was going to cost me a lot of money. But they correctly diagnosed the problem, applied the small fix,
 and saved me money. Well, the same type of thing happened this time.

Our garbage disposal didn't work. My wife and I thought we had to get a new garbage disposal, and also
pay for the labor to install a new one.      "Woody", (The Wood Man),   said to me      "No,   you?re fine"
 "I just loosened up the mechanism,   and cleared out any debris"                   No Charge !!!

"Keith punctual and professional. He explained what caused the clog and how to remove the hair from the drain. Then he explained that Drano was not helping the problem and only made this worst. My clogged issue was never going away with Drano. This was good information. He was told me what to use if the drain became clogged again. "There was a section of vinyl caulk that was installed between the backsplash and the counter. The caulk was old and deteriorated and became dis colored and did not cure. Since the problem was caused by the initial installation, Granite Transformation should have corrected the work under warantee. In fact, they want to charge me a service call. Since they did not stand behind their work, I would not recommend them. I had to call them back to repair plumbing problems, They failed to plug in the refrigerator completely. Beautiful job, but for &7,000 they should stand behind their work
