"I contacted JES for solutions after discovering mold on my subfloor (top and bottom). The inspection done by Corey at JES was exceptionally more detailed than our home inspector when we bought the house. The problem areas were identified and relayed to us. Corey was thorough, he communicated well and answered alllllll of our questions very promptly even after 9-5hours. Corey did an excellent job informing us of the process and recommendations. Ultimately we did not move forward with JES because the mold source was isolated to a busted hot water heater that was never remediated properly and lead to all the damage above and below our subfloor. We are addressing the source and in the future will look to encapsulate the crawlspace. I still doubt we will go with JES services due to finding competitive pricing elsewhere which offered the same scope of services. Thank you, Corey for all your due diligence working with us.
