"Amazing service! I called on Monday; Luke Schares came by Tuesday afternoon to inspect, estimate, and prepare the contract; and the work was done on Thursday. While I anticipated it was time to replace my roof, Luke carefully documented and explained all the issues with the old roof and why it needed to be replaced. He also showed me that no other of the 172 roofing contractors within 100 miles fulfilled as many search qualifiers on Owens Corning's website."

"Want to go on record to say that service was excellent from initial contact and a thorough timely evaluation and appraisal with supporting documentation. I found the work to be very professional and was done in an expedient fashion. Company was very transparent in pricing and I found their actual pricepoint to be more than fair for the final rendered report. That said, I would gladly use this company again if I had the need."

"I contacted JES for solutions after discovering mold on my subfloor (top and bottom). The inspection done by Corey at JES was exceptionally more detailed than our home inspector when we bought the house. The problem areas were identified and relayed to us. Corey was thorough, he communicated well and answered alllllll of our questions very promptly even after 9-5hours. Corey did an excellent job informing us of the process and recommendations. Ultimately we did not move forward with JES because the mold source was isolated to a busted hot water heater that was never remediated properly and lead to all the damage above and below our subfloor. We are addressing the source and in the future will look to encapsulate the crawlspace. I still doubt we will go with JES services due to finding competitive pricing elsewhere which offered the same scope of services. Thank you, Corey for all your due diligence working with us. We greatly appreciated all your efforts."

"I had an urgent request to get a permit across the line and Pedro was on his A-game and helped me within hours. Very professional, well documented, etc. Other structural engineers I hired only gave me headaches. I'd use Pedro again any day. Thank you very much, and glad to be in business with you!"

A mobile home inspection thoroughly assesses a manufactured or mobile home's structural and functional aspects. A certified inspector examines the home's condition, including its foundation, roofing, plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, insulation, flooring, and overall structural integrity. The goal is to identify any potential issues, safety hazards, or necessary repairs. The inspector provides a detailed report summarizing the findings, highlights the strengths and weaknesses of the home, and often includes an estimate for the remaining life span of appliances, systems, and components.

Hearing or feeling vibrations in your house can be unsettling, but there are a few possible causes for a vibrating noise in your wall or floor. Light bulbs and fixtures, circuit breakers, loose pipes, or faulty wiring could all cause vibrations. If you’re not sure what’s causing the vibrations, you can call a contractor to assess your home and narrow down the cause.

A home inspection typically takes between two and three hours, though the total time can range from 30 minutes to half a day. The exact duration depends on several factors, including the home's size, age, condition, and location. Other variables that can affect the timeline are the complexity of the layout, the accessibility of various components, the size of the surrounding grounds, the inspector's experience, and whether it is a full home inspection or a more limited structural inspection. For a more accurate time estimate, you can ask your potential home inspector to review the specifications of the home beforehand. You should receive the completed inspection report within one to four days of the inspection.

Mobile homes need releveling every so often to maintain their structural integrity. Most mobile home manufacturers recommend releveling every three to five years. To keep the quality of your mobile home up for years and to avoid deterioration over time, proper maintenance is key.
