At noon, I removed the other company from our property and called Mr. Cress. 45 minutes after the call ended, he was there. Before nightfall (unlike the 3-4 days from the other company), we had water again. Professional, meticulous, and a generally decent individual. Add in that my final bill was 60% of what the big chain company quoted (with a better warranty) and I would recommend Mr. Cress to anyone and everyone. Carlos' crew showed up and tore those rooms down to the studs and floor joists. Replaced everything and both rooms look beautiful. The crew worked unbelievably effectively and were very courteous. The work was completed in just 2 weeks at an extremely attractive price. This job went so well, we immediately had APlus drywall the walls and ceiling of another room, removing an old fireplace insert in the process. Again, the work was efficiently performed and a great price. Looking at project 3 right now!!! I would recommend APlus for your construction or remodeling jobs."
