Due to the impact of Covid to the supply chain, it took a bit longer than any of us expected to get the windows and door in, but as soon as they arrived Gloria called and confirmed an install date. Eric and his team arrived on time and got at it. I knew that it would be a challenging install â with â new constructionâ windows, on a 3-story home with Hardy plank exterior, with the 6 windows on the upper level that, by code, required very heavy â impact glassâ . But Eric and team got it done! The windows and door are BEAUTIFUL! They completely modernized our home â and the view to the ocean is fantastic. Gloria, John, Eric & his team are caring and competent professionals. I was able to observe the entire installation process, and I am confident that we will not have any issues anytime soon, and if we do, I am equally confident that one phone call to Gloria will get it resolved. All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do. I had two other contractors from angis list out and neither even considered these things that needed to be addressed. Once we discussed all estimates and contractors Boyce and Gault services was the one to go with. Now that the project is complete we couldn’t be more satisfied with the work they did.
