During a Norâ easter earlier this year, we were awakened by a whistling sound emanating from our bedroom windows â and knew it was time to replace. I knew that it would be a challenging install â with â new constructionâ windows, on a 3-story home with Hardy plank exterior, with the 6 windows on the upper level that, by code, required very heavy â impact glassâ . But Eric and team got it done! The windows and door are BEAUTIFUL! They completely modernized our home â and the view to the ocean is fantastic. Gloria, John, Eric & his team are caring and competent professionals. I was able to observe the entire installation process, and I am confident that we will not have any issues anytime soon, and if we do, I am equally confident that one phone call to Gloria will get it resolved. All the other contractors I had come out asked me what I wanted to do and Boyce assessed the situation with my deck and told me what we needed to do. I had two other contractors from angis list out and neither even considered these things that needed to be addressed.
