He recommended a supply house for the windows that were priced better and the same if not better on quality and warranty. Luis supervised the whole job. His crew were not only professional and detailed on the installation but kept the job site clean. The new windows required modifying the interior molding but this was discussed ahead of time as a possibility. There was an increase in the initial price because of this but it wasn’t a surprise upsell. They did the job in 2 days and the quality of the work inside and out was properly done. "Mike Motto represents this company. I found him to be honest, fair, responsive in a very timely manner (rare with contractors) and very easy to deal with. If you are looking for the lowest possible price, he is not your guy. Mike and his very professional team WILL NOT paint over rot just to keep the estimate and price down. His guys WILL put two full, brush painted coats on your house and work constantly on the job until it is complete. When problems are revealed during power washing he will take pictures of the problem and send them to you if you are not at the property. His men ARE NOT jack legs.....he only employs the best. I was at the cottage for part of the project and I was pleasantly surprised at how hard and long his team would work each day. When he "suggests" a product to use...listen to him. He knows what product works in any environment. Not dirt cheap....but professional and worth every penny.
