"The work that was completed was great. However, the issue that I had was, I wasn?t properly quoted a price for the installation of my sink. Sofia came to my home assessed the job that I needed done and gave me a price. They day of installation the price increased $200 because something she did not notice during the day of the assessment. I was not pleased with the way things were handled as far as pricing. Please beware that your price may increase. "

They were explicit about costs and available rebates. We were instructed to apply for a rebate from our local energy supplier and they literally walked us through the time specific rebate procedure. We made some minor changes to their standard contract and they accepted those changes without question. "I was very very pleased with the operation from the quote process to job completion. They were all careful and through. No muss, no fuss. I had expected a lot of debris in the house during the course of replacing the old skylights, but very little came down to land on the plastic they spread out on the floor and personal property beneath. All 6 units were installed with solar powered blinds that are functioning perfectly and helping to keep the house cooler with operation controlled from my phone. We had a great installation team who we enjoyed getting to know as they tip toed in the house in their socked feet. Yes, I would recommend this contractor to my friends and neighbors. (We are also pleased with the addition of a tubular skylight in a dark bedroom.) We have had some pretty heavy storms since installation and everything is good."
