"Mike came out and gave us an estimate which was inline with other estimates. However, I preferred the leaf guards recommended by D&J. We have a lot of trees in close to our home so our gutters need frequent cleaning. They were also the original gutters on an almost 20 year old house. There was a mixup as D&J showed up without confirming a date/time and my wife was a little concerned that someone showed up unannounced to replace gutters. I also had another contractor that I had to reschedule as they would have interfered with the gutter replacement. In refreshing turn of events, Johnnie called, took full responsibility, and we moved on. He was apologetic, courteous and very professional. I, on the other hand was a little agitated, but the D&J team maintained their professionalism throughout. They did the job, cleaned up, and more importantly, I feel comfortable that D&J will stand by their work if I have any concerns in the future. I highly recommend D&J if you need your gutters replaced."
