But he never returned to finish the job, a board was cracked and he told me that he ordered a replacement and will be back to replace it , well that was over 3 weeks ago and he won’t answer my calls or text messages .. "Our neighbor in the condo below ours reported water leaking into the ceiling of her kitchen. We contacted RotoRooter Fayetteville (aka Kowkowski Plumbing) to detect and repair the source of the leak. Jay Jackson arrived (late) on 6/16/2022. He inspected our neighbor's kitchen ceiling as well as every plumbing fixture in our unit (kitchen sink, dishwasher, all of the bathroom fixtures and connections in the laundry room). He could not find any standing water or evidence of a leak in our condo so he contacted his office for additional assistance. His supervisor and additional technicians responded. After reviewing the situation they decided the only way to find the leak would be to: "remove ceiling in downstairs apt to find leak from apt above". It was the end of the day and we were told that before any work could/would be done they required a deposit of $2500 up front. Work would not begin until the following afternoon (6/17/22) at the earliest. When Jay Jackson arrived on that date he wanted me to sign an open ended contract with multiple blank (incomplete) sections that referred to binding terms on a water mitigation agreement (supposedly attached). The mitigation agreement had never been proposed, discussed or reviewed. It was not attached nor was one available. Jay Jackson could not answer any questions. His supervisor (Michael?), was upset by my questions and unwilling to give me an explanation for performing "restoration work" before locating and repairing the leak. He was rude, argumentative and forgot he was dealing with a consumer of the product his business provides. At this point we decided to exercise our perogative to employ a different plumber. We informed Jay of our decision. We also contacted his office. We asked them to refund our deposit, less any service charge for their inspection ($218.28!!!), which had not been quoted previously. Buyer beware! Not all franchise companies stand up to the service you expect with "name recognition". We cannot, in good faith, recommend this company."

"Excellent company to hire for any type of project. they did a outstanding job on my fence made sure the ground was leveled out before installing and made sure that the post had extra cement in them to protect from wind damage. Company was on time and very responsible and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely hired them again."

"Do not believe the good reviews!! This was awful experience. We didn't deal with NC. We dealt with Craig in Georgia and his crew. They don't want to finish the final details saying things are extra and I was told items would be done. Was a horrible experience!! Please do research and get feed back from real people who have dealt with them directly so that you can get real information!!! They used wood materials from our yard for their concrete framing, it was expensive boards we bought for our use! Awful ...STAY AWAY!! They didn't clean up anything!! We had stagnant water that sat so long it had huge groups of frog eggs and trash! Seriously stay away!!!"

"Payed them do come install a liner in my pool, scheduled the appointment a month out, had Roger the owner out the measure and order materials needed. On the 19th no call, no show, 20, 21st until I threatened legal action did he come out on the 22nd. He hadn't even ordered the liner, sent some "crew" to do the job who never turned my pump off and left it running without water for 4 days, melted the piping, and blew tge rear seal in the pump. Didn't put the jet fittings back on the pool, then offered, and stated he had the right to come do the repair. Save yourself alot of headache from someone who does bad business, breaks more than they fix, and has 0 accountability for any of this process."

"They were 3 months late in completing my total renovation. The finished product is acceptable EXCEPT the new skimmer they installed has leaked from the beginning. I finally after months of calling I got someone to come and fix...HOWERVER, it is still leaking and I can no get anyone to return my calls."
