"Absolutely OUTSTANDING.
Owner Jeff is the ultimate professional. Completely knowledgeable, flexible, punctual, patient, while being very personable.
Over the decades here in New Bern, I have interviewed and hired dozens of various contractors. Most, quite honestly, are not worth the powder to blow away. Case in point, another outfit gave an estimate for this job. Verbally, they quoted three times as much as Jeff. Then they promised a follow-up written estimate. That was the last we heard from those jokers.

"Hired Pugh’s to put up a fence in a troublesome yard filled with roots and old large trees they did an excellent job working around all everything in the yard and got it put up in a day while also juggling other projects. Pugh was kind and courteous and worked with me on different ideas I had. Would recommend for anyone’s fencing work."

"He is very meticulous. Even came out and double checked the work and replaced a few boards after it was completed. He builds all of his fences like they are for his own property. I had 3 different people look at my fence and they were the best and just did a fantastic job!"
