His crewmembers Rusty, Otis, and Dizzy, all worked very hard and efficiently 2 remove the old and unnecessary insulation and Black netting that was causing moisture build up in my crawlspace. They removed all the debris, cleaned up the work area, and left my crawlspace looking beautiful , and moisture free! I would highly recommend '58 Foundation! Their prices also beat their competitors by thousands of dollars! I am very satisfied with the work ethic of this Company!"

"They did removal of old broken-down encapsulation, redid, made air-tight, waterproofed, mold and mildew treatment, French drains on two sides, drained cinder blocks, filled holes left from previous drains and vents, installed new sump pump and dug in, leveled-the slanted area for proper drainage, installed new exterior drain, relieved 4" of standing water and established proper flow. PROFESSIONALS TO THE MAX!!! It's gorgeous and clean and brilliantly done. I can't say enough good stuff about Patrick and his crew! Even after traipsing in and out with wet, muddy old encapsulation materials and debris in the rain, they left my place in sparkling condition -- NO evidence of them ever having been there! No cig stubs (they don't smoke), no old drink bottles, not even a cleaning cloth. Swept, washed drive, vac'ed ramp, washed entry ladder. VERY knowledgeable. "We had damage from hurricane Helen to our private dirt road. We was quoted 80 thousand for the grading, ditching, piping, and gravel of about 1/4 of a mile long road and 5 thousand for about a 40 foot driveway regravel and a 20 foot driveway grade and gravel. The work was done and the first time it rained the road was dirt again. We call Tim he came out and brought more gravel for the worst stop but that was it. After having the road inspected by another company we was informed that the gravel should have been about 6 inches and packed down. The gravel is about 2 inches and was never packed. We now just 2 months after have dirt showing on the road and the driveways are full of grass. "

"Shower renovation was completed by premier-homepros.com back in May of 2025, after several weeks we noticed a water stain in the flooring adjacent to the bathroom. The company came back out and admitted that the employee who did the work has sabotaged some of his previous jobs and was terminated. They then opened the wall behind their work and discovered black mold from the leak. There was also water damage the flooring and subflooring. The homeowner to contact some companies to get estimates on getting this resolved. Homeowner is disabled and suffering from brain cancer and dementia. After consulting friends in the industry (general contractors and residential insurance) it was decided that handling of this matter should be done by the company who knowingly and admittedly sabotaged the work. This is not acceptable. Reached back out to the company several times and were delayed even further. We are now entering our 6th month of this dispute and have no bathroom to use"

"Lesson learned. Always get an estimate. BEFORE the work is done. At least a digital copy. Arrangements for the project were made, with some one named Lynn, for the company to send someone to complete the work. We were quoted over the phone 4500-5000 which included a mold test. A sub contractor with an entirely different company (National Mold Company) was sent. When the contractor arrived, he stated that the job would be much more simpler than first thought. This led us to believe that the job would cost less, no. All said and done, they charged $5500. All said and done, it's almost like no work was done. The stains and the smell are still there. Only one actual board was taken upon the attic room. The ceiling in the bedroom was primed and painted but are still visible and have a funky smell. At this point I'm going to. Do what we should have done; Do the job ourselves. Just now with $5500 less dollars in our pockets. A detailed receipt was not given even though it was requested."

Mr. Miller did a great job staining and keeping me informed of his progress through sending pictures and calling me.
