If he comes knocking after a fire; all I can say is run fast and long. Do not deal with these leeches. Too mad to say what I want so my wife will go into specifics. My insurance will advise against their use, so call your insurance before you make the mistake of hiring their services.

My water heater busted in my attic and flooded through my living room ceiling below. Property Plus came in and extracted the water and set up fans and dehumidifier s. They were able to save all of my floors. They did a very professional job and cleaned up after themselves. If any one of my friends and neighbors need anything I always refer them to Property Plus.

They cleaned and removed smoke residue from my home after a fire damage project in my kitchen. They were able to remove all of the odor as well. Property Plus is very professional, timely, and worked with my insurance company which was a huge help. They even completed all of the repairs in the kitchen as well. They did cabinets, painted, replaced flooring, lights and new electrical. If you have a fire or smoke loss I would highly recommend giving them call.

They arrived the same day I called, and pulled out the dampened drywall, and deployed dehumidifiers and fans to stop the mold that appeared before our first discovery of what turned out to be a small leak that was likely running for a long time. Overall the repairs and restoration took just over a week and they were busy and attentive throughout the process, keeping me informed. They had both a plumber and drywall as well as mold mitigation, so it was a turnkey solution. The damages were higher than I anticipated so I hope it all goes well with the insurance.

Multiple contractors thought the restoration of my current dream home was impossible after the condition it was in from a fire that occurred prior to me owning the home. However, Nick led a team of individuals through removing all charred material, removing & replacing over 1/3 of the roof, stripping it down to the studs and subfloor, and putting it all back together beautifully.
