"My parents live in the Asheville area, almost 6 hours from me. My mother began falling & could no longer safely access the walk-in shower in her home, even with the help of my father & a caregiver. After an internet search, I called Two Day Bath & Shower. I spoke with the owner, Brian Friel, & he could not have been more kind or helpful. He visited my parents home himself, & right away he ordered the materials needed for a low threshold shower with a removable wheelchair ramp. My parents chose the color & design they liked, & it was installed the very next week! I was very relieved that the employees wore masks to keep my parents safe. The day after it was completed, Brian returned to their home to make sure the new shower was meeting their needs. He really went out of his way for my family, & I am forever grateful!"

"Frank and Brandon went above and beyond my expectations on my new bathtub. They where very respectful and professional. Made sure to keep everything clean. Explained every detail of the work that was being done. Highly recommend west shore and these two young me."

"The installation went well. The installer told me immediately that the salesman had made statements that couldn’t be fulfilled. He worked hard and did a good job. The complaint I have with him is that my wood floors were scratched by the bathtub as they removed it and he said that the contractor did said there could be some damages. He did come up with a solution to the largest gap, but I feel like he could have come back with another piece of tile to fix the other large scar."

"Brandon cleared blockage at toilet and the bathtub drain. He was right on time, very professional. He came on a Sunday morning, at no extra cost. Would definitely hire this company again for any plumbing or septic problems. Donna Jones, Kenmure Community in Flat Rock, NC"

"This project replaced a rotten wooden garden retaining wall with a new one. I was impressed with Jeff's communiations. He provided an estimate in one day and started the project the next week. His crew showed up on time. The crew was hard-working and finished the job in one day carrying heavy materials to the backyard by hand. The quality of the work was excellent."

"We had our old flooring replaced with new laminate, and we couldn?t be happier. The team was professional, quick, and the quality of the installation is top-notch. The floors look absolutely beautiful and have completely transformed our space. Highly recommend!"

"At first I gave them a bad review because of the person they sent to do the work. After talking to the owner and his team I understood a little more of what went into this project. It was not a simple project to begin with and I was a little frustrated that it was taking so long. After sending other people to finish the project my bathroom is coming along nicely. They are even fixing the mistakes the first person made. Over all the team is very nice and easy to work with. Being a recently widowed woman Tim met me at Floor & Decor to help me with the items I needed to buy. He let me pick what I wanted but was there for guidance. He personally brought over a niche to put in my shower and sent picture of shower faucets I might like."
