We missed several years and so expected a fair bit of work when we requested a maintenance visit; we were told charge would be $175/h plus parts. The service provider seemed knowledgeable. However, at completion of service they charged me an extra 1.25 hours - when I asked they said it was to cover travel time from the provider's previous location to my home. I requested a refund for that amount and was told it had to go to the owner; for the past 3 weeks I have been leaving multiple messages and emails a week with no response at all. Plus, after a maintenance visit costing $1100, I was told that the coolant still needed to be changed, which would include replacing belts, sensors and thermostats. I don't trust them, feel swindled, and am very disappointed in what had been a go to company for years."
