"Update 1/30/25 Anthony & Sylvan had a leak detection company come and locate the leak with a camera. The leak is in the piping from the pool to the pump. They said they would cover the cost of the camera detection, but fixing the leak my responsibility. Mind you my pool is 3 years old and the piping IN THE GROUND broke. The guys who installed the piping reeked of marijuana. But I was told not to worry, that the piping is inspected. Mind you, all the work to install your pool is subcontracted out. Estimate to repair it is $3,500!!! They will not cover the costs! Update 12/21/24 I finally received a response, a boilerplate email. It basically said for me to do a bucket test. Then, if I see it?s leaking for me to contact a leak detection company. If a leak is detected in the shell then I can re-contact Anthony Sylvan to determine the next steps. Otherwise, if it?s outside the shell, I?m on my own. This pool is less than three years old. I received no phone call, no communication to det"

"Our experience What a nightmare This company was to deal with. Every step had issues from the wrong shape of the pool to the driveway that was majorly damaged and not fixed. They brought dirt in with broken glass and garbage in. We had to physically pick up the glass and trash so we could have the new sod. They left 6 feet of dirt in the yard that was starting to slide in the water. The project manager said that he wasn’t a project manager, so dealing with him was horrible. He was so rude all the time. He had no idea of what was happening. The workers would ask my husband what they were supposed to do and luckily he could communicate in Spanish. We managed the workers ourselves. What a nightmare and not worth it."

"I previously used Pampered Pools several years ago for pool maintenance and cleaning. Recently, I inadvertently sent a Zelle payment to this business in error, as my current pool service company has a very similar name. I realized the mistake within minutes and promptly contacted the business to request the return of the funds. Despite multiple attempts to reach the owner, Mr. Andy Shook, and his wife, Ms. Kelli Shook, who manages accounts, I have received no response. My phone calls have been disconnected, my number appears to have been blocked, and my emails have gone unanswered. This lack of communication and refusal to return funds sent in error is deeply concerning and, in my opinion, reflects unethical business conduct. No services were rendered in exchange for this payment, and I respectfully request that the business owner rectify this matter promptly."
