"Adam was absolutely the best to work with. From our initial call until the job was completed, he was always available and always delivered on what he said he would do. Adam was not the cheapest bid we received but after meeting with him and discussing design ideas and the way he would complete the job, my wife and I knew we were getting what we were paying for. Adam after deciding to go with him met us at his brick supplier to walk my wife and I through various option for the patio and two walls. We were impressed with his knowledge and ideas for our space. We originally were going to stay with a similar paver we had but after this visit we went with an entirely different design, and boy are we glad. Adam and team showed up when they said they were going to and was great to work with. Even when we got into the project his team did some regrading that was necessary from a recently completed covered deck add-on, no questions asked!We even ended up adding a long walkway from our driveway back to the patio mid-project and Adam couldn’t have been more accommodating and again his eye for the design and look was slot on, it finishes it off! His crew is about as meticulous as I have ever seen. They made sure everything was sloped properly from house and was level in building both our sitting wall and our high wall. "communication with the staff was pretty lousy. But once work began everything seemed good. My only issue was we were told that an inspector would come out and check work for and remove the building permit of the door, and they would send pictures of the work they did that never happened. We are still having the same problems. Plus the vapor barrier was destroyed and wanted us to pay to replace it. we thought it was new pretty much. Bottom line we never saw the inspector."
