"I had just had unit installed 2&1/2 yrs ago. Too early for problems. They sent a repairman that same day(which was excellent). He checked out the complete unit while he was here(which was excellent). Conclusion was the heat function had tripped the circuit breaker & shut it all down. He fixed the problem & advised that if it happened again that the breaker ìwas probably too small for the unit. Just have to wait & see now. Excellent service, friendly service, good attitude.
