"I could tell these guys are very professional. They came out promptly to give me an estimate and had all kinds of information for me to peruse. In the end, I found someone in our Town who re-roofed and added in-take vents/fan for about the same price as just shingles. I also recieved a 50 warranty, which I was not eligible for with CCRE (because we are just replacing the roof on our second floor). So yeah. I think this is probably a good company, just maybe a bit over-priced. They weren't the highest estimate I got though."
