"I hired the Guerrero brothers to replace a porch for me. Luis came took measurements. Later called me with a price for decking. Came the next day on time to start the job. "The inspector, TJ, and the crew manager, Elias, were both both courteous, straightforward, and knowlegeable. The work was done well and on time. Their pricing was quite a bit lower than the other companies, although, it seems to me, still expensive for the time and materials involved."

"The work they did is substandard at best, they applied a surface coating to an existing concrete pool deck last year, I am now going tO Have to have the entire deck removed and repLAceD. The work they did is breaking up, CRUMBLING and coming up in large pieces. I cannot even open my pool. it is so badk. HORRIBLE, ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS??"
