"being a person in the profession, I was amazed at the quality of work given ......lets start at the beginning..i was calling around to find a good a/c company, so I called alpine air to my amazement they sold on their ability in dealing with strangers   the company them set up an in home apt  for me working around my  hours of availability. this gentleman  had his act together , knew his  business from start to finished and explained everything I did not understand so we set up an install date they sent two insatallers out and they was the top of the line. in just a few hours  it was installed .doing  the install process these two men were all about business and knew their jobs .never have I seen the ability as I had seen in these installers. after the  install they really cleaned up the area and  made sure that I was totally happy with my new A/C unit and the quality of work in which was  more than I expected.  personally I am over the top in complete satisfaction  with the job being well done  I would  highly suggest that alpine air is the ones to call if you want the job to be top rated and to my amazement they are well respected in the BBB with no complaints to warrant any thought from the public .being  hind sight  is 20/20 I look back and is overjoyed that I called  Alpine Air and on top of that they worked with me 100% to meet all my needs   as a customer I would use then in the future before I call any one else.........yes sire I,m a happy customer

"Tom Mitchell was exceptional at looking at the issue we had with flooding in our basement and a few other water ingress issues. He gave a lot of advice, and was pretty much honest that what we had done to mitigate the issue (which I was familiar with flooding buildings from my work) had very much minimized what needed to be done by any company... He was nice, amused by our gumption to mop up the water, direct it, and rent some big equipment immediately. He showed me a few more tricks, and then never sent an estimate, because, I suspect that the job was too small for this company. That's fine. I'm grateful for the boatload of tips, and we got another company to follow through on the advice given. It was very clear that DR Restore is really a mid-size to large-size disaster project company, and probably aiming at projects 3K and larger... and I suspect leaning towards the larger. Based on the favorable reviews of other members, I called three providers at noon. Unlike the other two, owner Scott Martin returned my call within 20 minutes even, as I learned later, he was away on vacation. I explained my heater had burst and needed quick replacement. I brought up the possibility of installing a tankless heater. He asked about my household make-up and usage, and advised the extra expense would not be cost-effective. He is a Rennai Tankless dealer/installer! He said he might be able to get a technician available in 2 hours and would call me right back. He did, and we arranged for a 4 pm installation.

His tech, Michael called 15 minutes beforehand reporting a traffic delay and he arrived soon after 4. He was very professional and, working alone,  completed the removal and replacement by 7. He checked the connections, discovered a small leak, and fixed that. We had hot water that evening. Scott did not charge extra for an emergency call that ran over into the evening; and, he applied an additional discount for my having found him through Angie's List!

The next day I discovered another small leak, called Scott and Michael was there and had it fixed by 1 pm.

I can't thank Scott and Michael enough for their responsiveness and professionalism. THAT'S how to run...and grow... a business!
