"I have an older home with a small bathroom that needs some updating. The tub was dirty and others prior to me tried painting it. Instead of replacing the bathtub as many contractors suggest, Kyle came out and refinished it for me. The whole experience with Kyle was amazing. He answered my request for an estimate the day I sent it. I sent him some pictures of the tub, he sent back a quote and the job was scheduled within the week. He kept me updated on his arrival time and once he started he was finished within the time frame he estimated. Very professional and courteous to me and my home. I highly recommend Kyle - Charlotte Refinishing. Well worth the money!"

"The work was excellent, however after the installation I discovered that I had been given very cheap product for the price I was ask to pay. I had solid and steady glass doors on the shower doors they remove. They replaced them with very cheap glass that bent like Plexiglass, I've never seen glass bend and also hung like curtains from the top only, no support on the bottom. When I told them I found the doors to be unacceptable for a senior I was told they would remove them, seal the holes and I could hang showers curtain but still pay for the shower doors they will remove. I was expecting an upgrade, instead I was given hanging glass doors for an outrageous amount. The shower makeover I ordered the salesman called it my dream shower, instead it has become a nightmare for me, I have not used this shower as I'm very afraid of using it as I may accidentally bump against the door and fall through it."

"We saw the commercial for Jacuzzi Bath remodeling. We wanted the bathtub taken out and a shower stall installed. When I called the number provided, I was connected with Carolina Home Remodeling. I was familiar with this business as they installed the sunroom that was added to our home in 2008. It took 6-7 weeks for them to schedule the install in October. The install is horrible. The walls are not plum and the installer added a 2x4 to one wall that was far beyond the existing wall. The painter had to come out a second time as the walls where he muddled the seams were very rough, he told us that the initial installer installed the 2x4 improperly, when the installer came out a 2nd time, he argued with us that it was not his fault and denied that he had installed the 2x4 and did not fix the problem. The company sent a technician out. He said the original walls were the problem. We are still waiting 2mo later for resolution. Filing a BBB complaint. Not happy at all."

"Horrible experience. Walter Ryan Brice, the owner, promised he could remove the water marks and etchings from our kitchen countertops. When he was done, I inspected the surface and they looked great so I paid him cash as he requested (Venmo). About 24 hours later, we noticed dozens of water mark etching, including several large etchings in the shape of circles and squares. The tops actually look WORSE than before he started!. I called and asked him to come back and look at the tops. About 8 days later he returned. He promised he would come back on 12/2/20 and fix the problems and that he accepted full responsibility ("this is on me" he said). He promised He never returned. In fact, he ghosted us. He ignored my pleas to return, ignored multiple texts (and I know he got them because it shows he read them) and ignored repeated phone calls and voice mails. He is dishonest and does horrible work. DO NOT USE THIS GUY! I wish I had seen previous reviews of others who had been ghosted after he promised to fix his own problems."
