"the service guys hooked a machine up to air handler and let it run for a while. They cleaned the returns and I asked them what the machine was doing, they told me it was sucking the dust out. I did not see them put anything in the main trunk lines to release the dust from the walls of the trunk line. They weren’t even going to clean the vent lines until I mentioned something about them. So they opened each vent and put a air hose with a 6 inch worn brush in each vent and only went about 6 feet in them. So I know that most of my vent lines and trunk lines didn’t get cleaned properly and for $585 bucks I thought they would do a better job."

We are a no shoes household so this is appreciated. We recently had a new HVAC system installed and the company that did it wired our new Glaz thermostat incorrectly and they noticed this and fixed the issue. They did an amazing job cleaning the ducts and the house smells 100% better than before we had it cleaned. Did a lot of testing and looked everything over and turned out needed and entire new unit. Had a price same day and an appointment set. They were on time, professional, cleaned and made sure everything was running right and even checked to make sure the kids rooms had good air flow to keep them comfortable during these warm spring days in NC.
