"I can't thank Ron of East Coast Wildlife Damage Control enough for his quick and professional squirrel removal service. I had four squirrels in my attic and could not trap them. I called Ron on a Saturday, and he came over that afternoon. He found how they were getting in, removed the squirrels and temporarily plugged up the hold. He left a trap in the attic and told me to listen for any additional activity over the next few days. There wasn't any so he came back and sealed up the entry point. Additionally, he charged what I feel was a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Ron and his company to anyone facing a similar situation."

A reputable removal service will inspect your home's interior and exterior for any evidence of roosting and nesting birds while they prepare to remove them.

Some of the plants listed above, like daffodils, are poisonous to many animals if eaten. But wild animals instinctively avoid them, for the most part. Household pets don’t always have the same survival instinct, which is why it’s a good idea to familiarize yourself with common plants that pose a danger to cats and dogs.

Yes, bats can cause quite a bit of damage to the attic. Their weight and movement from flying around can damage insulation, and they can chew through wiring and the walls. As if this isn’t enough, they leave their droppings throughout, which carry harmful bacteria and is dangerous for humans to breathe in, not to mention the extremely foul-smelling odor.

Yes, professionals use humane and safe methods. Inform your provider of any specific concerns before treatment.

In most cases, a mother bird will return to a disturbed nest after the disturbance has passed. However, it can be hard for a mother bird to find a relocated nest. So, while it’s false that a mother bird will abandon her nest if it’s been disturbed, it’s not a good idea to relocate a nest with live babies or eggs in it.
