"Sloppy drywall job done, trim kit incomplete, but paint job was good. Personal property not protected, no clean-up. Owner, Brian Briggs, very unprofessional. Gave him opportunity to fix these issues...he didn't."

"I paid $354 for a deep cleaning, I did not get a deep cleaning. They didn't clean baseboards or front door & only 1 ceiling fan (I paid for 2). They left streaks all over our upstairs bath mirror at least I noticed that and had it recleaned. They did not clean any walls, didn't vacuum 2 rugs. The company offered us a $100 refund which is ridiculous. The cleaning we got was only worth $150 in my opinion."

At some point, your carpet may become wet from a water leak, flooding, or some other unfortunate incident. In order to prevent permanent damage to your carpet and to avoid its complete replacement, your carpet needs to have the water removed and the carpet restored to a clean, healthy state. We offer water damage restoration to facilitate this state. We offer removal of the water from your carpet using our truck-mounted cleaning unit, setup of carpet-drying fans to further aid in water removal, and if necessary, dehumidifier machines to remove moisture that may still be lingering in the carpet and air. Upon drying of the affected carpet and area, we then provide installation of new pad (if removal of old pad was necessary due to damage) and relay and clean your carpet to restore it to its original state prior to the water damage. Please call for more information on water damage cleanup and for pricing: 1-888-416-9925.

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts

DIY installation is challenging; professionals ensure proper fitting, adhesive application, and long-term durability.

Technically, you can install carpet without padding. While skipping the padding can help you save on the project, it will make the carpet less comfortable and show uneven spots or imperfections in the subfloor. Because carpet padding protects the back of the carpet from wear, a carpet without padding can wear out faster than one with it. Carpet padding also cuts down on noise, so forgoing it can affect the acoustics in the room.

Carpeting lasts between 10 and 15 years in most cases, but keep an eye out for common signs that it's time to replace it. Persistent smells despite deep cleaning, faded color, worn-down carpet padding, and general wear and tear are signs that it's time to tear it up. If you are experiencing allergy issues indoors, this could also be a sign that new flooring is the key to a fresher home.

On average, installing carpet costs between $3 and $11 per square foot, depending on factors like the carpet material, style, and labor rates in your area. Sometimes, installers will include carpet removal in these costs, so if you don’t have any carpet to remove, you can save time and spend less money on labor.

What a buyer prefers usually depends on the home’s layout and which material fits the current aesthetic. The local real estate market can also dictate these desires to some extent, as do the buyer’s personal preferences. With that said, laminate can increase the resale value of a home by a tiny bit, whereas carpet does not. Hardwood increases the resale value by the highest amount.
