"I paid $354 for a deep cleaning, I did not get a deep cleaning. They didn't clean baseboards or front door & only 1 ceiling fan (I paid for 2). They left streaks all over our upstairs bath mirror at least I noticed that and had it recleaned. They did not clean any walls, didn't vacuum 2 rugs. The company offered us a $100 refund which is ridiculous. The cleaning we got was only worth $150 in my opinion."

At some point, your carpet may become wet from a water leak, flooding, or some other unfortunate incident. In order to prevent permanent damage to your carpet and to avoid its complete replacement, your carpet needs to have the water removed and the carpet restored to a clean, healthy state. We offer water damage restoration to facilitate this state. We offer removal of the water from your carpet using our truck-mounted cleaning unit, setup of carpet-drying fans to further aid in water removal, and if necessary, dehumidifier machines to remove moisture that may still be lingering in the carpet and air. Upon drying of the affected carpet and area, we then provide installation of new pad (if removal of old pad was necessary due to damage) and relay and clean your carpet to restore it to its original state prior to the water damage. "Communication was great. The house is tall and on a hill. We talked to 3 different companies about doing the work. One company chose not to do it because the house is tall and sits on a hill. Of the other two companies, Total Construction had the best estimate and the people were so nice. I'm so glad they came out to do the work. Each day they cleaned up behind themselves and made it easy for my family to live in the home even though the work was being done. Everything looks so nice now. I know some of my neighbors will be using this company now because they loved watching the work & the outcome!! Great Company!!! Highly recommended!!"
