"Kim was excellent in his knowledge and problem solving for our issues. We had a small landing in our yard that had rotten boards. We had two large posts that rotted on the ground. Kim replaced everything and painted them and it looks terrific. He even repaired rotten wood on the garage door jamb. He also realigned our steps inside our garage for more space in parking our car. He would always call before arriving. The price was very reasonable and we would highly recommend Kim Conner. I have other projects in mind and will call Kim to do the job, Very personable gentleman."

"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. Mark laid tarps down to protect the area and cleaned up so I couldn’t tell he was even there all day. An honest days work for an honest days pay. He did some electrical, some plumbing and some repair work. All tasks performed with obvious experience and professionalism.
