"thanks to this site, I called Greater Wilm. Structure about a brick house I was buying that had cracked brick and unlevel floors. I assumed I would only (!) need to have that section of the home jacked up and the foundation repaired. Brian returned my call quickly, and met me and my realtor at the house (was a 45 min. drive for him) to give me his opinion and verbal price quote. Many contractors/carpenters would have just focused on the project and the money involved, but Brian wanted to see WHY the house had sunk. He pointed out the major structure issues with the tresses in the attic, joists, as well as other red flags, that would cause problems later. He's a master carpenter and his knowledge, experience (and sense of humor!) was refreshing and valuable. After meeting with him I decided to pull my accepted offer on the home and feel I have saved myself untold amounts of money, stress and frustration. "Glen and his team arrived promptly at the agreed-upon time. With in 20 minutes the rooms were prepped and ready to be primed. All furniture and flooring was covered with drop cloths and tarps, the work promptly began. As the crew was about to complete the task we did a visual inspection and I being a perfectionist pointed out some areas of concern, the team quickly and easily fixed the issue and did their own inspection again. The attention to detail coast to coast offers is amazing, Glenn and his workers even trimmed in some sections of the walls that we had not completed prior to their arrival. When we told Glen not to worry about finishing our project he insisted, on the premise that it would take away from the work him and his crew were going to do and then they did not agree with leaving half finished projects. "After the repair was done I noticed a leak in my bathroom ceiling where one of the roof vents were replaced. I called the Subcontractor Brian on a Saturday morning. The weather was cold and raining. He was at my house within the hour up on the roof and fixed the leak. I havent had any leaks since. I would hire Brain the Subcontractor again."

Everything arrived at one time (supplies, dumpster, equipment and crew). They cleaned the whole yard front and rear. There were no nails or trash anywhere once they were done."

"I liked that CJ was thorough. He made sure to let me know what was going on, while I was on vacation and he was completing the deck for my husband as a surprise for Fathers day. He called, sent me a text messages and was great at keeping me informed. Before I left to have him do the work, I had some concerns with some steps that were build from the previous owners. They were not attached or supported very well. He did a great job at reinforcing those steps; there are no so many cross beams and support that those steps are not going anywhere and do not even move at all either. He did most of the work by himself, but had a crew out depending on the day. They came out early and stayed out working until the evening. He and his crew were great, polite and respectful to my home. He worked with me on pricing and found the best product for what we were looking for. My husband was extremely surprised and we have been using the deck ever since."
