This work well for me. Very professional, explained everything. Since all was getting all replaced I ask to upgrade to larger tank and pressure switch to provide more water and pressure in the house to solve low pressure on second floor. The truck was fully stocked and they had everything they needed. Installed it and tested it. It works great now. They have flat price for each job includes parts, service, tax (no hourly rate) Was a bit more in price then others with hourly rates that quoted estimates. But estimate are just estimates you never no the final price till done. They did a professional job and I am happy with the work and would use them again."

"Contractor, Total Air Care - Polar Plumbing came as agreed and replaced garbage disposal. American Home Shield stated that the service charge would be $75.00 the same as I paid when the previous garbage disposal was replaced under my American Home Shield contract. This time the contractor said there would be an additional charge of $67.00 because pipes had to be rerouted or the warranty would be void. The previous contractor had no such charge and did not reroute the pipes. I feel like Total Air Care - Polar Plumbing is ripping me off."
