I hired Hayden in Jan, 2025 from Steady Hand Electrical to install a TESLA Wall Connector (Gen 3) for home EV charging and I could not be happier with the service. He arrived on time & was extremely courteous/knowledgeable. He explained me the installation process & answered all my questions about the TESLA charger and electrical requirements. He was clearly experienced with EV charger installations, assessed my electrical panel, ensured it could handle additional load, recommended a 60-amp circuit for optimal charging speed (up to 48 amps, 11.5 kW). The installation was done neatly, with minimal disruption to my home. He routed the wiring cleanly and mounted the TESLA Wall Connector in the perfect spot in my garage. He ensured everything was up to code, including proper grounding and circuit breaker installation. He also tested the charger to confirm it was working properly. From start to finish, the experience was seamless, professional, efficient and would strongly recommend him.

He was very responsive, helped me understand what I needed for a home charger, changed his schedule around to accommodate my need and did a great job on handling all the steps required like forms, hardware, inspection...that we needed to do. Will definitely use him again in the future.
