Bailey's plumbing did a great job will use again if needed

When I called to schedule my service after our hot water heater suddenly started malfunctioning, the customer service agent was friendly and helpful. She set up an appointment for as soon as possible to get a technician out to examine the heater. I appreciated that they gave me just an hour-long window for when they would be coming, since some companies give you four or five hour windows when you need to be waiting by your phone at home. The two technicians arrived on time and called in advance to let me know they were coming. The main technician seemed knowledgeable and he walked me through all of my options. They had the heater installed the same day in a reasonable amount of time. I could tell that he took care in his work because he re-examined the hot water heater after he installed it to make sure it wasn't leaking. He also offered me extra services that where related to problems we were having (hard water). We weren't planning on having a water filter installed, but he let us know that it could help with the high iron content in our water, which could have been putting a strain on the hot water heater.
I only have two small complaints about the company. The Angie's List coupon, which was one of the main reasons I chose their services, is actually only for ONE service. I let the customer service agent know that I had a coupon up front, but she never told me that it was only for one service. I didn't find out that I could only use it on the largest item on my bill until the technician walked me through the services that I was about to authorize him for. I didn't argue over the price since it was still a good deal, but I think the coupon was misleading since it did not specify that it was on one item only. The other complaint is that I was told that I could get an iron filter for the house, but the technician later said that they did not carry them at the supply warehouse. I feel like he should have been aware of that. I would use their services again and was pleased, but the coupon fine print needs to be added for sure. This is why I put a C for professionalism, because I didn't know where else to categorize this oversight.

Gave good pricing and supplied all materials.  Mr Bailey was professional to speak with.   His appearance was neat and professional.  Arrived on the the job during the time window we discussed.  They did a good job of being respectful of the house when coming through and not tracking and damaging anything.  They were able to complete the job in a few days and  I was pleased with a new energy efficient toilet and new tub, shower and vanity.  Mr Bailey was good at explaining the work that was done.   Bailey's expressed confidence in their work and told me to let them know if I experience any problems.

For the 3 times i have contacted BaileysPHC for their professional help they have arrive promptly and serviced my needs with compassion and professionalism. Customer Service is remarkable with this company and i value them as being the company i call for all my plumbing, and hvac needs.

This company was excellent in very way. showed up on time, did perfect work and now my A/C works.

They were timely, courteous, professional, and polite. When they hit complications, they were handled smoothly and efficiently. The job took much longer than anticipated and was completed at no extra cost to me.

It went really well. Bailey's was on schedule and their pricing was much better than everyone else who bid the job. It is a sprawling Victorian home, all on one level and I initially thought I could get away with 1 system (which was what was in there from decades past). Bailey's explained the drawbacks to this in layman's terms, as it would lead to hot and cold spots in the home. My research afterward confirmed they know what they're talking about. I'm glad they took the extra time to walk me through this. Bobby Bailey, the owner, is great to work with. As a real estate broker, I'm pretty hard on contractors that I hire or refer to my clients, as many of them fail to meet expectations, but I'll definitely use Bailey's again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to clients. I had used them before several years ago and lost their info so I was glad to find them on Angie's List.

Our system heats up the room very quickly. We don't use it all the time but when we do it is very comfortable. We have had it for a year now and have no trouble to report. Our garage builder hired and paid for their service.

Very quick work once they got here. Supposed to come at 2-3. They didn't come until 4:30 even after calling. Employee entered talking on the phone, but eventually was professional. They didn't charge for the dispatch fee.

I was very pleased with the service. He chose to do the work the right way, rather than the easiest for him. He was considerate and helpful.

Bailey's plumbing was on time, courteous and thoughtful while completing this job. While he was doing the contracted work, I was hard at work replacing the hot-water heater, which usually people would hire him to do. Rather than try to pressure me into paying him to do the work, Bailey actually critiqued my work and gave me tips on how to do it better/quicker. In my business (landlord) it is critical to be a jack of all trades, so the tips were very well taken. However, when I neeed someone to take care of a plumbing problem that is out of my league, it'll be Bailey's Plumbing every time.

THE COMPANY I WAS VERY FRIENDLY. THEY ARRIVED WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. WE ARE UNDER A CONTRACT. IF THERE IS ANYTHING WRONG THEY COME OUT AND REPAIR IT. THEY HAVE VERY GOOD SERVICE.
