"Felt rushed to approve the work and pay the balance. Discovered multiple issues later. Just inside the door there's a rock they missed, so now it's under the plastic, which will sooner or later puncture through. I asked for a better door than the one the first installed, but the second was also poorly made and didn't come close to sealing. Called/talked to someone about the issues, but afterward they stopped returning my calls. They also left lots of debris on the ground. The inspection didn't pass for multiple reasons. Waiting for them to come back and address the issues the inspector found. Update: THBS did follow up and fix the issues. They constructed a new crawlspace door that seals, which was the biggest issue. They took out the problematic rock. The inspection passed."

For their estimate for more attic insulation at our house they arrived on time and went into the attic and took photos to show my husband what we currently had and what their plan was to bring us up to the R49 level. My husband discussed with them his concerns about the baffles and the HVAC unit in the attic. This company listened and discussed w hubby what their plans were to fix any issues first so the extra insulation will do the job it is for which is to make the attic more energy efficient. When the workers came to do the job they cleaned up as they went along and let my husband know their progress and again took photos to show him what the end result looks like now. The appointment was rescheduled by them for a day I was out of town without telling me! Was told when they finally came out that it was not done correctly and they would be back in six weeks to do some more work. No show again. Now waiting for them to call back to reschedule! This has been going on for 8 months. Floor is still sagging. Cracks in walls and ceiling from not having level floors. Ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend them at all!!! (the guys that worked on the house are nice, though)"
