A homeowner always needs contractors, and I've had my share of bad ones and recognize the good guys instantly. Jerry's bid was the most reasonable out of multiple bids from other contractors that were ridiculously high. Awe Diversified Services is the best. They were professional, never late, and carried out everything laid out in the contract. Details were confirmed and reconfirmed, and communication was excellent. Pictures were sent of anything needed for reconfirmation and right after completion to ensure it was done right. That was very helpful and saved loads of time traveling back and forth to inspect the progress. Jerry did not need micro-managing. The clean-up up of debris around the property was excellent. I've had to call contractors back to clean up debris left over the property after they completed a job, but not Jerry and his crew. They went the extra mile, in my opinion, and made sure the property was secured and even repaired and installed new locks after a break-in. The entire job was completed within the time frame given with time to spare. He also promised to come back if there was anything that needed a do-over. I believe him.
